The Buddy System™ Shipping + Returns

We ship orders from Seattle, WA via USPS to addresses in the United States. We are able to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from date of order. 
We do not ship orders on weekend days or holidays.  Replacement parts can take longer to process and ship, please allow 7 - 10 days. 


Shipping Options

We ship our orders through USPS or UPS.

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard: 5 - 7 Days (not including processing time) *FREE for USA Customers on orders over $15.00*

Priority: 3 - 5 Days (not including processing time) *$13.00

Expedited: 2 - 3 Days (not including processing time) *$20.00

Replacement Parts: 5 - 7 Days (not including processing time) *$3.50 

**Replacement Parts  - (processing time is currently 2 weeks, please call if you have an immediate issue), they are non-refundable and cannot be returned. 

International Shipping: We have suspended international shipping, (Sorry for this inconvenience). We do not think it fair to charge customers the high price to ship cross borders. We are currently working to expand our presence on Amazon International Channels and you can currently find us on 

Refused Shipments
Once an order has been sent from The Buddy System™, customers are responsible for all shipping charges incurred. If an order is refused by the customer or canceled during transit, the customer will be charged outgoing and return shipping charges. 

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund (not including purchased priority, expedited or international shipping). 

Replacement parts are non-refundable and cannot be returned, but are still covered by The Buddy System warranty. 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you product was delivered.

All returns will have a $5 fee deducted from your refund once the product is received. 

You have the option to exchange the product, just contact us to start the process.
