Where is your product made?

The Buddy System Products - including all leashes, leash accessories and replacements parts are Made in the USA. Our manufacturer is based in Washington State.

Can we sell on Amazon.com or any affiliate Amazon sites?

We do not allow the resale of any The Buddy System products on Amazon.com (.ca, .mx or any other international amazon.com site), we do not allow resale of The Buddy System on any Amazon Affiliated Site.

What is your order lead time?

Order lead time depends on quantity of your order, we can give you an accurate timing once your have placed your order.

What is your minimum order?

Minimum wholesale order is 30 units. 

What carrier do you use?

We offer free shipping on orders of $300 or more. Carrier is dependent on order quantity.

Do you work with any distributors?

No, we ship direct from our manufacturer.

What are your wholesale rates?

Please contact us via the Wholesale Request Form and we will happily provide you with our Wholesale Order Form with rates.

Do you ship internationally?

We deal with this on a case by case basis. If you are interested in selling The Buddy System Internationally, please contact us directly.
